Common Causes
- Browser caching or cookie conflict
- Temporary sync delay (up to 15 minutes)
- Recently deleted WooCommerce triggers (if migrated)
Quick Fixes
- Clear browser cache and log back into your Member Hub.
- Check the Points & Badges page to confirm totals.
- Refresh your dashboard or wait 10–15 minutes for sync.
- Still missing points? Submit a support ticket with screenshots.
Important Note:
If you participated in a forum or quiz and didn’t receive points immediately, the trigger will re-sync automatically within the hour.
