Common Navigation Issues and Solutions

Problem: Can't Find My Tier-Specific Hub
- Solution: Look for your membership tier card (Basic, Standard, Premium, or All-Inclusive) at the top of your member hub
- Click the "Access Hub" button next to your tier name
- If you don't see your tier highlighted, check your subscription status in the side navigation
Problem: Getting Started Section Not Loading
- Solution: Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
- Try logging out and back in
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
- Check if you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
Problem: Side Navigation Not Visible
- Solution: On mobile devices, look for a menu icon (three lines) to expand navigation
- On desktop, the side navigation should appear automatically on the left
- Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser
Problem: Course Progress Not Saving
- Solution: Progress is saved locally in your browser
- Don't use private/incognito browsing mode
- Ensure cookies are enabled for the site
- Use the same browser and device for consistent progress tracking
Problem: Boxes/Cards Not Clickable
- Solution: Disable browser ad blockers temporarily
- Check if you're logged into the correct account
- Clear browser cache and cookies for the site
- Try a different browser to isolate the issue
Problem: Content Shows "Access Restricted"
- Solution: Verify you're viewing content appropriate for your membership tier
- Check if your subscription is current in the Subscriptions section
- Log out and back in to refresh your access level
Mobile-Specific Issues
- Ensure you're using the latest version of your mobile browser
- Try rotating your device orientation
- Close other browser tabs to free up memory
