Your account includes two types of hub access:
- Central landing page when you log in
- Shows all four membership tier options (Basic, Standard, Premium, All-Inclusive)
- Contains Getting Started section and universal features (Courses & Certificates, Guides & Resources, Favorites, Points & Badges)
- Available to all members regardless of tier
Tier-Specific Hubs
- Customized content based on your membership level
- Only shows resources and features included in your specific tier
- Streamlined experience focused on what you can actually access
- Access through the "Access Hub" button next to your membership tier
When to Use Each:
Use the Main Member Hub when you want to:
- Get an overview of all membership options
- Access Getting Started pathways and CE Compliance Training
- View your favorites and points progress
- Upgrade or compare membership tiers
Use Your Tier-Specific Hub when you want to:
- Focus only on content available to your membership level
- Avoid confusion about what you can and cannot access
- Get a streamlined experience for daily platform use
- Access tier-specific features and resources
Navigation Tip: You can always return to the main member hub from your tier-specific hub through the navigation menu.
