Your account includes two types of hub access:

Main Member Hub

  • Central landing page when you log in
  • Shows all four membership tier options (Basic, Standard, Premium, All-Inclusive)
  • Contains Getting Started section and universal features (Courses & Certificates, Guides & Resources, Favorites, Points & Badges)
  • Available to all members regardless of tier

Tier-Specific Hubs

  • Customized content based on your membership level
  • Only shows resources and features included in your specific tier
  • Streamlined experience focused on what you can actually access
  • Access through the "Access Hub" button next to your membership tier

When to Use Each:

Use the Main Member Hub when you want to:

  • Get an overview of all membership options
  • Access Getting Started pathways and CE Compliance Training
  • View your favorites and points progress
  • Upgrade or compare membership tiers

Use Your Tier-Specific Hub when you want to:

  • Focus only on content available to your membership level
  • Avoid confusion about what you can and cannot access
  • Get a streamlined experience for daily platform use
  • Access tier-specific features and resources

Navigation Tip: You can always return to the main member hub from your tier-specific hub through the navigation menu.
