How to Switch Between Membership Tiers

To upgrade your tier:

  1. Navigate to your member hub side navigation
  2. Click on Subscriptions
  3. Select your desired tier upgrade
  4. Complete the payment process
  5. Your new access takes effect immediately


Immediate Benefits of Upgrading:

  • Access to higher-tier hub content
  • Additional CE courses and resources
  • Enhanced community features
  • Expanded download library


Downgrading Your Membership

To downgrade your tier:

  1. Go to Subscriptions in your member hub side navigation
  2. Select a lower membership tier
  3. Confirm the change
  4. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle


What Happens When You Downgrade:

  • You retain access to current tier benefits until billing cycle ends
  • Previously downloaded content remains accessible
  • Future content access will be limited to your new tier level
  • Community privileges adjust to new tier level
