Canceling Your Membership

You can cancel anytime from your member hub side navigation - Subscriptions.

• Monthly plans: You keep access until the end of your billing period


• Annual plans: Cancel within 30 days for a refund (unless significant content was downloaded). After 30 days, you keep access until the end of the annual period, but no refunds are provided.
• Reactivating: You can restart anytime by logging in and selecting a plan.

What Happens After Cancellation:

Immediate Effects:

• Your account remains active until your current billing period ends
• You can continue accessing your current tier benefits
• No future charges will occur

After Your Billing Period Ends:

• Access to tier-specific hubs and premium content is removed
• Previously downloaded materials remain accessible indefinitely
• Your account converts to basic community access
• Progress tracking and favorites are preserved

Important: Founding Member Status

• Founding Members who cancel lose their founding member status permanently
• This special designation cannot be restored if you reactivate later
• Consider downgrading to Basic membership instead to preserve founding member benefits
• Contact support before canceling if you have questions about your founding member status

• Basic membership provides continued community access
• You can always upgrade again later

Download Important Materials:

• Save any resources you want to keep long-term
• Download certificates for your professional records
