If something isn’t loading or your login isn’t working, most issues can be resolved quickly with a few simple steps.

Page not loading
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh.
Missing downloads
Check your Guides & Downloads tab or Shopify order email.
Points not updating
Wait 10–15 minutes for sync or see “GamiPress Troubleshooting.”
Checkout redirect error
Ensure old WooCommerce links are replaced with Shopify URLs.
Login failed
Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link.
Advanced Tip: Try incognito mode or a different browser if you still see errors.
