Accessing CE Courses & Certificates

To access your CE courses:

1. Log in to your member hub.


2. Select Courses & Certificates from your hub navigation.
3. Click
   on the course you purchased or that is included in your membership.
4. Your progress and quiz scores save automatically.
5. Complete each lesson and quiz to unlock your certificate.

Certificate Download: Once all requirements are met, your certificate will be emailed to you and available under My Certificates in your member hub for download as a PDF.

Troubleshooting: If a course doesn’t load, clear cache and ensure pop-ups are allowed.
