Use the CE Support Form if you experience:
- Missing or locked course content.
- Issues downloading your certificate.
- Broken
links or technical errors during a CE course.
- Try logging out and back in.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Check your member hub for updated course links.
- If the issue persists, complete the CE Support Form for assistance within 1 business day.
