Common Causes


  • Different email used for Shopify checkout
  • Delayed order sync (usually under 10 minutes)
  • Ad-blocker or cookie conflicts


Fix It Fast

  1. Log out and back in using your Shopify email.
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies.
  3. If still missing, submit a Help Center ticket with your Shopify order number.


Tip: Free resources appear under “Free Tools & Kits.” Paid resources appear under “Guides & Downloads," your downloads tab, emails from shopify or your shopify account.
