Common Causes
- Different email used for Shopify checkout
- Delayed order sync (usually under 10 minutes)
- Ad-blocker or cookie conflicts
- Log out and back in using your Shopify email.
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- If still missing, submit a Help Center ticket with your Shopify order number.
Tip: Free resources appear under “Free Tools & Kits.” Paid resources appear under “Guides & Downloads," your downloads tab, emails from shopify or your shopify account.
