Rules for digital, physical, and subscription refunds

We want you to love every purchase. Refunds and returns vary depending on the product type and platform where you completed your order.


  • Shopify orders (kits, bundles, physical merchandise) are handled through Shopify.

  • Digital downloads and CE toolkits are non-refundable once accessed.

  1. Submit your refund request within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Items must be unopened and in original condition.

  4. Refunds appear in your Shopify account within 3–5 business days once approved.

💡 Tip: Contact support before sending any return to confirm eligibility and receive the correct return address.
