Connecting Your Shopify and Member Hub Accounts

Shopify securely manages all product purchases,
while your Member Hub account controls access to downloads, CE courses, and
gamification badges.

Steps to Connect

1. After purchase, open your
   order-confirmation email.
2. Sign in to your Member Hub using the same email address used at checkout.
3. Your new resources appear automatically under Guides & Downloads within 5 minutes.
4. If you don’t see them, log out → clear cache → log back in.
