Memberships are billed through Stripe and managed in your Member Hub account settings. Refunds depend on whether your plan is monthly or annual.


Monthly Memberships
  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new members.

  • Cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method.

Annual Memberships
  • Refunds within 30 days of the initial purchase (minimal usage required).

  • Partial refunds available within 7 days of renewal for continuing plans.

  • Refunds processed through Stripe and appear in 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund
  1. Log in to your Member Hub and go to Account Settings → Billing.

  2. Select Request Refund or contact support within your refund window.

  3. If eligible, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
