Every quarter features two kit types — the Survival Kit and The Sidekick — available in Professional and Specialty editions.
Annual members automatically receive four Professional Kits per year at no additional cost.

  1. Watch for the Quarterly Kit Email (sent 6 weeks before shipping).

  2. Click the selection link to choose between Survival Kit or The Sidekick.

  3. Confirm or upgrade to the Specialty Edition (+$20).

  4. Finalize before the cut-off date shown in your email.

💡 Tip: You can also access your kit selection from your Shopify Account → Manage Subscription.

Kits are assembled from multiple specialty providers to ensure the highest-quality components.
This custom sourcing and printing process takes time for production and coordination.

📦 Why Items May Arrive Separately

Different kit components come from different suppliers:

  • Printed materials from our print-on-demand partners

  • Specialty items from professional suppliers

  • Some items may ship sooner than others

We prioritize speed — faster items ship first instead of waiting for all components to be ready.

💻 Digital Component Access
  • Immediate access after purchase — no need to wait for shipping.

  • Download links are sent by email right after checkout.

  • Digital content also appears under your Member Dashboard → Guides & Downloads.

🚚 Tracking Your Order
  • A shipping confirmation email is sent when your physical items ship.

  • You’ll receive tracking numbers for all packages.

  • Multiple tracking numbers may appear if components ship separately.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently we ship within the United States only.
International options are planned for future quarters.

Please contact support if:


    • Your kit hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks of the ship date

    • You received damaged materials

    • Digital downloads aren’t working
