How to Select Your Quarterly Kit (Annual Members)

Annual members (Premium and All Inclusive) receive 4 free Professional edition kits per year. Here's how the selection process works.

• 6 weeks before shipping: Selection email sent with kit options


• 4 weeks before shipping: Reminder email sent
• 2 weeks before shipping: Final reminder - selections lock after this date
• Ship date: Kits ship on the last day of each quarter

Step 1: Check Your Email Look for emails with subject line "Choose Your Quarter Kit" sent 6 weeks before shipping.

Step 2: Access Your Member Hub Click the link in the email or log into your member dashboard directly.

Step 3: Review Your Options

• Survival Kit: Foundation-building tools for new counselors
• The Sidekick: Specialized tools for current quarterly theme

Step 4: Make Your Selection

• Default: The Sidekick Professional (automatically selected)
• Change to: Survival Kit Professional if preferred
• Upgrade: Either kit to Specialty edition for $20

Step 5: Confirm Your Choice Review your selection and click "Confirm Selection" before the deadline.

You'll automatically receive The Sidekick Professional edition for that quarter.

Annual members can upgrade any Professional kit to Specialty for $20 during the selection window. This adds a 5th content facet, premium printed materials, and bonus digital resources.
